According to dictionaries, resilience is someone's capacity to recover quickly from diffioculties. Thus, resilience is essential in people's emotional health. Resilience is not a characteristic thta we get born with, like the colours of the eyes, but it is a cap[acity which can be developed throughtout the entire lifespan.

According to UNICEF, 99% of young people worldwide have been at least partially isolated from their peers due to the Covid restrictions. The consequences have been visible in all the social sectors. We cannot ignore the emotional consequences among young people: anxiety, disconnection, uncertainty, fear, stress, frustration and many others.
Understanding the way our body and mind react to stress and how we can restore our inner peace is essential for a resilient response. This can be done individually or in groups.

Young people can identify their emotions. But what next? Here is the teachers 'intervention. As educators, our role is to support young people to develop them in all directions, and their emotions are essential for a healthy life.
The big question would be: how do you enhance resilience of young people? First of all, we believe in the power of experiential learning. Therefore, we invite you to undertake this learning journey in a personal way, then think about your target group and adapt the exercises to fit them best!
